TERMS AND CONDITIONS
After reservation we ask you to transfer an initial payment of EUR 250,00 per person to our account at the Volksbank Oberkärnten No.: 30900 320001, bank code 42820, SWIFT-CODE: VBOEAT WWSPI, IBAN: AT 0642820 30900 320001. Competence of courts is Murau, Austria. If not stated otherwise the General Lodging Contract Terms of Austria are applied.
CANCELLATION
If the reservation is cancelled up to 8 weeks before the stipulated arrival date we refund the initial payment minus an administrative charge of EUR 30,00 per booked week. Cancellations later than 8 weeks before arrival entitle the hotel to keep the initial payment. Cancelled reservations made later than 3 weeks before the stipulated arrival date entitle the hotel to charge the full package rate minus EUR 18,00 per person and day for board. This is also valid in the case of late arrival or early departure.
