Due to the Coronavirus pandemic we had to adapt certain processes. Find all up-to-date information below:

Your safety is of paramount importance to us! As part of our ongoing efforts to create a safe and trusted environment for our guests and staff, we have embraced a series of safety standards and precautionary measures throughout the hotel.

So nothing stands in the way of a carefree holiday break.

COVID TESTS

Guests check in with a 2-G proof (vaccinated or recovered). Additionally, we offer guests and employees the possibility to get themselves tested three times/week (Mon, Wed, Fri at the fire brigade station Turracher Höhe). This will reduce the risk of an infection on the hotel premises considerably. If a family member develops symptoms, self-diagnostic tests can be purchased for only € 10 at the hotel to provide you with maximum protection and transparency.

CORONA VOUCHER

What if you feel unwell and wish to postpone your trip within a chargeable cancellation period? Regardless of the situation, we make things easier this year to help you plan your holiday with peace of mind. We therefore allow you exchange your existing bookings for a voucher up to 7 days before the planned arrival date. The value voucher has no expiration date and can be redeemed at any time.

Should a  coronavirus infection or mandatory quarantine (official notification required) prevent you from travelling, free cancellation is possible.

Refund of down payment

Due to short-time working of our accounting staff, bank transfers are made on the 15th of the following month. An example: if you let us know in December that you want your down payment for the Christmas holiday refunded, we will make the transfer on 15 January.

Loyalty bonus

If you decide to leave the down payment with us, you’ll receive a loyalty bonus: the same hotel rate is guaranteed for next year, even if there is a price increase or your accompanying child would have to pay more price due to its age. 

BUFFET AREAS

A minimum distance of “1 venison“ has to be kept to other guests. Disposable gloves and disinfectant wipes are available. The breakfast cook will prepare your favorite egg dishes in the show kitchen.

NEW: a Jägerwirt chip worth € 5 per room and night can be redeemed for à la carte lunch orders from 12:00 to 04:45 p.m.

SPA & TREATMENTS

The indoor pool can be used by 10 people at the same time while no limits apply for the outdoor pool. Sauna facilities are open for 2 guests or family members at the same time. Please maintain the minimum distance of “1 venison“ when relaxing on loungers or in the fitness room. Beauty and massage treatments are carried out as usual by staff wearing a mouth mask. We regret that for the time being we are not able to offer our day SPA for external guests. Upon request, we provide free self-tests before treatments.

ELEVATORS

Here too, 2 people or guests from the same household are allowed in one cabin. Children are not allowed to use the elevator alone.

DINNER

On your arrival day we will show you to your table which is exclusively yours for the entire duration of your stay - also for breakfast. Guests not staying at the hotel are welcome to enjoy dinner upon prior reservation and registration.

DAILY MENU / HOTEL INFORMATION / NEWSPAPERS

We are required to only distribute laminated or wipeable newspapers, magazines or paper. Enjoy complimentary access to our digital newsstand service:

MOUTH-NOSE COVER

Our policy is quite simple: please wear a FFP2 mask whenever on the move in indoor settings. No mask is required when sitting at a table or lying down whilst indoors. Please keep at least “1 venison distance " and refrain from shaking hands.

ROOMS & PERSONAL RESPONSIBILITY

Your rooms are cleaned and disinfected daily. If you don’t want anyone else than your family enter the room please leave the “Don’t disturb” sign on the door. No matter where you are, we urge everyone to assume personal responsibility and keep a healthy #distance.
