This is the hotel classification criteria in Europe. To achieve a “superior“ grade, a four star classified hotel needs to offer a distinct “extra” in service provision and quality.

Due to the altitude's low humidity at above 1,700m, the air is practically free of house dust mites, mosquitos or ticks. For guests allergic to down-filled pillows, we keep a supply of special microfiber duvets and pillows.

Your room is available from 03:00 p.m. on the day of arrival.
On the day of departure, we ask you to vacate your room by 11:00 a.m. so that housekeeping may begin cleaning your room for the next guest.

Pack your bathing things separately to extend your holiday. Early check-in and late check-out are offered on request, depending on availability!
For an extra charge of only € 15 per adult you may use your hotel room and the spa facilities already before your check-in and after your check-out time.

All our guest rooms are exclusively appointed with bath tub or shower, toilet, hairdryer, TV, radio, telephone, minibar, safe and bathrobe, and only differ in size.

The hotel room telephone is turned into a baby monitor. By programming your mobile number at the reception desk, you'll be alerted when your baby is crying.

All rooms with lake view also feature a balcony.

Your booking includes a reserved table in the hotel restaurant.

A cleaning fee of €25/day/dog will be charged for your room.

We offer free WLAN in all our guest rooms, the seminar rooms and in the hotel lobby.

The newly designed "Kitz Club" provides half-day childcare performed by trained childcare staff.

Your private parking space right in front of the hotel is secured by a barriers and video tolling. Please provide us with your license plate number prior to arrival. The parking garage adjacent to the hotel is available for € 5 / day.

The hotel is 100% smoke-free. Guest may smoke outdoors, on the terraces, etc.

We know that today the importance of a healthy diet based on natural products cannot be emphasized enough. For this reason, we are particularly proud to offer our guests regionally sourced produce that fulfils the highest quality standards.

And if something unforeseen happens? The booking confirmation also indicates the price for your travel insurance which we arrange for you to save work. It covers the hotel cancellation costs if your are forced to cancel your trip due to illness or an accident. In case you do not want this insurance, please let us know within 7 days after receiving the booking reservation.

We cooperate with the Skischule Pertl at Turracher Höhe. The children are taken straight to the Kids Snow Club across the frozen lake. Private lessons possible anytime.

We recommend scheduling your appointments conveniently prior to your arrival at www.seehotel-jaegerwirt.at/spa. You’ll receive the confirmed treatment times at check-in. For reservations in the hotel please contact the Stone Pine Spa reception on the 2^nd floor or the hotel reception desk.

• Up to 1 month before arrival no cancellation fee - € 30 service fee is charged
• from 1 month before arrival - 40% of total arrangement rate;
• from 1 week before arrival - 70% of total arrangement rate;
• in the week of arrival - 90% of the total arrangement rate.

Jägerwirt guests may use the clay tennis court free of charge.
Guests not staying at the hotel are charged € 12 / hour.
