As a private hotel, your privacy is very important to us, in the hotel and at home! If you feel annoyed by any of our advertisements, whether in newsletter or brochure form, please write to us informally at urlaub@seehotel-jaegerwirt.at.

Seehotel Jägerwirt GmbH is an Austrian company with its headquarters on the Turracher Höhe and is the owner of the website www.seehotel-jaegerwirt.at. This privacy policy applies to the Seehotel Jägerwirt GmbH website and the information we receive from your enquiry or booking.

Information that we may receive from you
To receive an enquiry from you, we only need your email address and name so that offers can be sent directly to your inbox.

Our anti-spam policy only allows the emails you authorise. Our guests reserve the right to change their email preferences and also have the freedom to unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time, while still enjoying full access to www.seehotel-jaegerwirt.at.

Some messages (such as billing information) are not considered marketing and are therefore sent to all guests. How do we use this information?
We only use personal information such as email address or postcode for communication and customer support purposes. This means that we only use this data to send you a newsletter (§ 107 para. 3 TKG), to forward any enquiries for the purpose of customer service and to forward your placement order placed through the booking, to answer your questions or if you apply for a job with us.

To facilitate and fulfil the guest's booking; to carry out the guest's stay; to tailor the stay to the guest's wishes and interests; to be able to offer services in accordance with the guest's interests in the future; marketing in connection with the hotel's services and improving the hotel's services

Austrian reporting obligation
It is our legal obligation to report your data (name, address, date of birth) to the municipal office. Otherwise we do not pass on your data to anyone!

Purchase of vouchers via the website

These data are Title, first name, surname, address, email address, telephone, voucher value, personalisation of the voucher, shipping options/alternative delivery address, payment method.

If you order a voucher from our website, this is done via the online ordering platform of websLINE Internet- & Marketing GmbH, Sägewerkstrasse 24, 83395 Freilassing, Germany. All order data entered by you is transmitted in encrypted form. websLINE has undertaken to handle your transmitted data in accordance with data protection regulations. websLINE takes all organisational and technical measures to protect your data.
The data will not be passed on to third parties in this context. The data will be used exclusively for processing the booking and for communication.

2) Legal basis for data processing
The legal basis for the processing of the data is the conclusion of a purchase contract with the user.

3) Purpose of data processing
We process the personal data from the input screen solely for the purpose of processing the voucher purchase and handling payment transactions.

4) Duration of storage
The data will be deleted as soon as it is no longer required to fulfil the purpose for which it was collected. In the case of a contractual relationship, we will delete the data received as soon as national, commercial, statutory or contractual retention requirements have been met.

5) Right of objection and cancellation
The user has the option to object to the processing of their personal data at any time.

Online booking/enquiry via the website

Our website offers the option of booking and/or enquiring about rooms and offers. If a user makes use of this option, the data entered in the input mask will be transmitted to us and stored. This may be: Title, first name, surname, email address, telephone, address, number of fellow travellers, requests, date, time, room selection, offers, price.

If you make an online booking from our website, this is done via the online reservation system of websLINE Internet- & Marketing GmbH, Sägewerkstrasse 24, 83395 Freilassing, Germany. All booking data entered by you is transmitted in encrypted form. websLINE has undertaken to handle your transmitted data in accordance with data protection regulations. It takes all organisational and technical measures to protect your data.
In this context, the data will not be passed on to third parties. The data will be used exclusively for processing the booking and for communication.

The legal basis for the processing of the data is the conclusion of an accommodation contract with the user.

3) Purpose of data processing
The processing of the personal data from the input mask serves us solely to process the booking enquiry and to process payment transactions.

The data will be deleted as soon as it is no longer required to fulfil the purpose for which it was collected. In the case of a contractual relationship, we will delete the data received as soon as national, commercial, statutory or contractual retention requirements have been met.

We would like to point out that in the event of an objection, the booking cannot be completed or the conversation cannot be continued.

Facebook Connect
Plugins from the social network Facebook are integrated on our website (Facebook Ireland Limited, Hanover Reach, 5-7 Hanover Quay, Dublin 2 Ireland). You can recognise the plugins by the Facebook logo.

In particular, we offer you the opportunity to register for online booking services using the data stored in your Facebook account via the "Facebook Connect" service. In this case, data will only be transmitted to us by Facebook with your prior consent, which Facebook will ask you for. A new user account will then be created with the transmitted data. The data will only be transmitted to us once. There is no permanent link between the Facebook and www.seehotel-jaegerwirt.at accounts.

As this transfer takes place directly, we do not receive any knowledge of the transferred data.
